First Culinary Tour Deemed Success!
We had our area’s first Culinary Tour with 4 Great Wellsburg Restaurants! Forty lucky people got in on the tour at $25 a ticket (We had over forty more on the wait list that didn’t get to join us !) We started with awesome appetizers served family style in an amazing atmosphere at Station Grille. Then went to Crooked Dock for some great homemade soup or large salad. Next was main course at The River Club where they let you pick from four large pasta dishes. We finished up with very tasty bread pudding at Wellsburg’s newest restaurant, Legends. The overwhelming message was, “When will you do this AGAIN?” Thank you restaurants, Brooke Economic Development Authority, Wellsburg WV Chamber Commerce and the Brooke County WVU Extension Service for a great feast!
