Norm serves on numerous local and state boards, including the WVHUB, WVU Extension Leadership Team, Brooke County Economic Development Authority, Historic Wellsburg and Bethany Scenic Byway Committee, Regional Brownfield Task Force, Brooke-Hancock Drug Prevention Coalition, Brooke County Fair Committee and the Brooke-Hancock Homeless Coalition to name a few.Norm conducts Community Board roles and Responsibilities Training Workshops throughout the Region and State-based upon his long history of service to community boards over the past thirty plus years.
Additionally, Norm works to obtain needed resources and technical assistance for various local governments and agencies throughout the panhandle.
