Family Nutrition Program

[Snippet Error: This file has been deleted.]Jennie began working as a Nutrition Outreach Instructor (NOI) for WVU Extension Service in June of 2003, after seeing an ad in the local paper. The position began as a part time job in Brooke County, working with adults. The position has grown to full time, working with both youth and adult audiences in two counties. During the school year, Jennie conducts a series of nutrition classes for 3rd and 4th grade students. In the late spring and summer she works with adult nutrition classes, as well as teaching a physical activity and nutrition curriculum that is interactive, activity-based, and uses lessons designed for non-traditional classroom settings.
